FRG acquires Star Manufacturing Company

On December 30th, 2016, the majority of assets and the ownership of FC Mason Company, Inc.  were acquired by Forge Resources Group (FRG). F.C. Mason supplied and distributed manufactured parts from the agriculture, forestry, mining, construction, and transportation industries for over 119 years.
