Commercial Analyst

FRG is looking for an individual to join our Commercial Sales team. A strong candidate would be interested in joining this fast-paced manufacturing company and be ready to make an impact immediately. The details of the position include:

General Tasks

  • Manage and report on key organizational information
  • Responsible for regular reporting on various commercial and sales activities
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators in commercial activities
  • Assist with continuous improvement in Customer Relationship Management activities
  • Manage incoming orders and quoting activity
  • Manage customer planning schedules and input accordingly
  • Receive, verify, and input quotes into ERP software, Microsoft Great Plains
  • Enter Data in Microsoft 365 Customer Relationship Management software
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure and update data
  • Support commercial, sales and customer service tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in data management strongly preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytically minded
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong desire for thorough and efficient task completion
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Accounting, Business, or Customer Service Background Preferred
  • Two to Three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
