Sales Representative – Dekalb


Join our growing sales team at Forge Resources Group, a leader in closed-die forging, as a sales representative. We provide custom solutions for companies within the aerospace, mining, agricultural, medical, and heavy truck industries, among many others.

We are seeking to hire an entry-level sales representative to join our expanding sales team. The individual hired will be working with the outside sales team, management, and the senior level sales team to expand the Forge Resources Group book of business.

Hybrid remote/onsite work will be offered (1-2 days/week).


  • Interact directly with customers to provide status updates and fulfill service needs
  • Call on prospect accounts and current customers to gain new business
  • Support existing customers in strategic projects
  • Work directly with outside sales representatives & management in sales efforts
  • Report KPI growth to management and senior sales team consistently
  • Provide quotes and follow up on attaining purchase orders

  • Previous experience managing customer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
